- Quick respond client queries via phone, email and social media following by company guidelines
- Provide best solution and manage to solve client issue and complaints at the same time
- Provide excellent work/quality in a fast paced environment
- Able to communicate and liaise with other departments when needed
- Deep understanding about company product/service to respond client doubt/question
- Keep updating about information and knowledge with teammates through discussion
- Actively engaged yourself as a team in few projects
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Able to read, write and speak multiple languages such as English and Malay, proficient in Mandarin will be added advantage

- At least Diploma and above in any field
- Flexible working hour
