The essentials of the role:

  • Quick respond client queries via phone, email and social media following by company guidelines
  • Provide best solution and manage to solve client issue and complaints at the same time
  • Provide excellent work/quality in a fast paced environment
  • Able to communicate and liaise with other departments when needed
  • Deep understanding about company product/service to respond client doubt/question
  • Keep updating about information and knowledge with teammates through discussion
  • Actively engaged yourself as a team in few projects

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Able to read, write and speak multiple languages such as English and Malay, proficient in Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Able to multitask and manage the time effectively
  • Aware and understand client needs and issues
  • Detail-oriented
  • At least Diploma and above in any field
  • Flexible working hour
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Independent and possesses problem solving skill
  • Possess thirst for knowledge attitude
  • Prefer final semester for internship programme
